Living Lab was built on a single, critical insight: the visitor economy – aviation, hotels, events, and infrastructure—is a complex, interdependent system, yet it is still planned in silos.
We exist to close that gap. We have industrialised more than 25 years of frontline experience across the MICE, Technology, The NBA, Formula One, and global destination strategy into a sovereign-grade intelligence platform. Our role is to give governments and global organisers a defensible, system-wide understanding of how their visitor economies actually function—so capital is allocated with confidence, trade-offs are explicit, and growth is optimised rather than improvised.
