Our involvement included structuring a robust $2.2 billion bid package, raising an $800 million mezzanine piece, and providing a financial strategy that included both equity and debt components. While the franchise was ultimately sold to Tilman Fertitta for $200 million less than our offer, we remain proud to have championed Mutombo’s vision and brought our commercial expertise to the table.
